I was watching a video the other day and this dude was tearing up a sketch with the cleanest lines. HOW ON EARTH IS THIS POSSIBLE? Turns out, he was using a Staedtler-Lead-Holder. This is the coolest pencil I've drawn with in my life. I love the light lines!

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the colors. It's very frustrating.

Want to draw?

    Over the past few months I frequent people poppin places and sketch. And at least once a day I end up chatting with a stranger about drawing, art, famous artists, etc. I love that. I wish there was a big sign on my back that said lets talk about art!

    And I'd say about half of em say "I can't draw". "I wish I could draw".  I then reply with it's just like everything else, practice. And I also like to drop that quote about everyone having 100,000 bad drawings in them. So ya just gotta draw more than 100,000 drawings and boom! They usually look at me like I don't know what I'm talking about and move on.

Didnt like my colors, so i redid some lines and some small rendering.

I'm approaching this differently than previous pieces. I'm taking a lot of care with my line work and trying to be and clean and detailed as possible, with some minimal rendering.

updated 2nd image. Added wings.

I through down some quick colors and additional lines. But I think I'm finished with it for now.
