Santa Water Colors with some ink

The paper was either too thin or I had too much water on the brush. Or maybe both! But there was this lumpiness in the paper afterwards. No me gusta. :( I guess I'll stick to watercolor paper.

Feral Warwick pencil sketch

Although the skin is already around, I liked the idea of WW having a bunch of arrows sticking out of him. I enjoy the artwork from the game league of legends. As dumb as it sounds league of legends renewed my interest in digital painting as well as got my pencil work back into gear.

snakegoose update

Almost there!
I'm wondering if the skipping the black thick outline on the foot and tail is hurting or making it better.

Weekly portraits...

a memorable scene from No Country for Old Men (first serious portrait)

Big dude from Troy (2nd portrait) lines looking cleaner? maybe rendering? Maybe I should have spent more time on it?
This is suppose to be Emily Browning. I think I botch the overall shape, oh well I like her hair. (3rd portrait)

Frankenstein's monster (4th portrait)
I'm not one for realism, but realistic portraits definitely help me out in other aspects (rendering, line work, blah blah)
